#1125 JFreechart candlestick chart weird behaviour on drag
For a chart which uses candlesticks and a SegmentedTimeline.newMondayThroughFridayTimeline(), a bug issue arises.
At a certain interval, it seems every 7 periods, the candlesticks get smaller and smaller untill they are only a stripe. Then when dragged further, they become thicker again until they are normal size again. This seems to happen for every 7 periods.

A SSCCE has been added as an attachment to reproduce the issue.
Just compile and run it. Then press and hold CTRL and click and hold with your mouse on the graph. Now try dragging the graph to the right or left. After a certain 'dragging distance' you will notice the bug.
