#8 Node placement icons appear in less than 16 bits

When placing a node, the icon appears to have an
extremely low number of colours associated with it. It
looks like less than 4 colours (Better than greyscale
though :P)

I have tested this under Ubuntu linux (Hoary), Mandrake
10.1, FreeBSD 5.3 Release and Solaris 9/10. Same on all.

Windows works fine :-)

Additionally when the node is actually place, the icon
is shown in its full 32 bit glory!

Letting you guys know cause I must have missed this one
while testing!

No pictures because when placing the node the mouse
icon is replaced with the relevant node icon, so when I
do a screen capture from gnome, it takes away the mouse
pointer (doh!)
