#41 Nightly plugin should retry checkouts multiple times

Already a few times users reported network problems during checkout. They normally show up in form of an error message like this:

ERROR: svn: Connection refused: connect

We should extend the nightly plugin to retry check-outs multiple times. Maybe we should even retry for a very long time (e.g. 5 minutes) and then ask the user, whether he wants to continue trying.

User interaction during the build process is impossible. It's the plain old NightlyBuild that is running. All communications with the plugin go thrue logs.

But Retrying maybe up to 5 times is a good idea.

NightlyBuild now retries svn checkout/update up to 5 times
