I'm using JFileSync with a large amount of data (30
gigs, >100,000 files).

I think it would be useful to have JFileSync
temporarily stop examining what to synchronize and do
some of the synchronization. Understandably JFileSync
uses a lot of memory building the synchronization data;
occasionally stopping to synchronize might allow it to
free some memory as it goes along. Obviously this would
only be useful when you are allowing JFileSync to run
unattended (-nogui -quiet).

    Good idea (maybe 2.3).
