#12 Operation Choice & Order

It would be useful to allow the which operations are
allowed and the order they execute in. By "operations"
I mean Add, Update, Delete.

Allowing which operations means you can allow only Adds
but no Deletes, or only Updates but not Adds, or some
other permutation.

By allowing ordering of operations, you could put
deletes first to free up as much available space before
copying. Or put updates first because changed files
might be considered more critical than adding new files
or deleting old files.
