Why am I getting errors like this when I check on interfaces?

The RRDTool files for Interface ID 2 (from Host ID 2), has not been created by the Poller Process yet.

      Check the mailling list archives.

It seems like your Poller is not running. You may not have files in the rrd/ folder.

I have about 180 files in my rrd folder, but still am not getting graphs..

I looked through the archives and could not find anything helpful.

Any other ideas or troubleshooting tips?

JFFNMS only works with RRDTool 1.0.x at the moment. Check if you have RRDTool 1.2.x installed.

Ok, I went back to 1.0.49 and I still get the same results? Do I need to restart something?

I keep getting poller log file entries with this in it:

Does that help anything? And when I "install" the rrdtool.exe. What folder is it supposed to go in exactly? I tried both c:\jffms and c:\jffnms\rrdtool\Release and neither worked. I had the file pointer on the admin page with the green OK both times. Do I JUST need the rrdtool.exe installed or do I need the other files I get with the .zip file installed too?

you need to delete all your rrd files so they will be created with the 1.0.49 version.

Just copy the rrdtool.exe to c:\jffnms and then set the path in setup.php

I deleted all the files last time.

This time, I deleted and recreated the folder. It filled back up with about 183 files but I am still getting that error message when I try to view the graphs.

My path seems to be correct, too.

                RRDTool Executable Path C:/jffnms/rrd ok

I just don't understand this. I really want it to work, but I am getting really frustrated. :-(
