#3 Redistribution

It is unclear (to me anyway) what is required to
redistribute Jffmpeg as a component of a product.
The following (see below) is from the license section
on the site - does this apply to all the Jffmpeg
components? What else do we need to do in order to
redistribute Jffmpeg?
