#1 File not found

I have installed RssReader under Windows XP.
The tiltles of news are correctly downloded, but instead
of the news, the message :

Error Loading...: http://www.osnews.com/story.php?
news_id=5791 java.io.FileNotFoundException:
C:\temp\loading.htm (Le chemin d'accčs spécifié est
introuvable)

is displayed.

RssReader is installed on my D:\Q\ folder. I run It with a
consol command java -jar
