#26 Debugging GUI for XML

Create a debugging GUI that allows the XML to be
stepped through. The Debug GUI should have a toolkit
available, to add tag elements which are not recorded.

Example: Adding stopwatch mark entries and stop
entries to validate that the time is within bounds for a
GUI operation.
