it would be nice to have a constructor for Finder where you could pass in the Wait/Timeout, Case Independance, and Ignore Visibility. I know several Subclasses have constructors that set Case Independance, but it would be nice to not have to make aditional calls to setWait, and setIgnoreVisibility.
