#72 testing jdbc direct connections

I ran into a problem in using JDBC direct connection test
today. There is a bug in the way the classloader is located
for setting up that service in the Service Configuration
Editor. (It needs to use the classloader from the Validation
service, but it just gets the ClassLoader for the Service
Configuration application.) There is a workaround-- put the
JAR containing the driver into the classpath in setenv.cmd
but it should be fixed nonetheless.
