#23 Miscellaneous Castor Mapping Properties

There are a few castor mapping properties that are not
covered by the castor mapping plugin, so they can't be
generated.

To cover these "miscellaneous" cases, we could support
a collection of named/value pairs for adding these
special mapping properties. The user would have to
know the exact name and meaning of these extra
properties and no validation would be done. These
extra properties would then be generated into the
castor mapping file.

This would allow JBM's plugin to support all Castor
properties and would allow JBM to use any new
properties that are added in future Castor versions.
