Summary: Extended Configurability

Initial Comment:
It would be very helpful to have the MaxIdleTime of the
listener, as well as the session timeout, configurable
in the interface.

I know both of these can be configured using a Jetty
XML configuration file, but this is a real pain.

Adding these two options should be fairly trivial,
without cluttering things up too much.
