Summary: Debug Fails

Initial Comment:
When I start Jetty Server in debug mode, during debuging if I try to watch or inspect a variable, sometimes the thread cannot be suspended and debug mode automatically switches to normal run mode. 
My Environment: Eclipse 3.2.0, Java 1.4.2 (also tried with Java 1.5), Windows 2000
