I'm not a Jetty committer (only user), but I am an Apache committer
(Lucene).  From my experience with Lucene at Apache, I would guess that
Jetty may benefit from moving to Codehaus.  Lucene moved to ASF from SF
about 5-6 years ago, and our time in Apache Jakarta and now Lucene
(top-level project) has been good, and I imagine Codehaus provides a
similar environment.
