#69 "Conditional formatting" not copied when multiplicating cells

The cell that I apply a conditional formatting rule is multiplicated, but the rule is applied only to the original cell.
For example, I add the rule to the template cell C1, which is then used to create C2, C3, C4, etc. Only C1 is the rule applied to.

(I can work around this in other ways, but users expected this to work out of the box and they're right.)
