#2 winlist points

I think the winlist has bad behaviour
by example:
4 players:
1 place = 3 points (Winner)
2 place = 2 points
3 place = 1 point
4 place = 0 points

I think this is the correct behaviour
Now only the winner get points.

The scoring in Jetrix in the same as tetrix one, I
understand however it is desirable to be able to change the
default points rewarded. The SimpleWinlist could accept
parameters defining the points, but i have yet to find a
clear and easy way to do it.
