#2 spontaneous group chat

Jeti (and almost all jabber clients) need the ability
to create multi user chats "spontaneously". This would
be a group chat that doesn't have/need the overhead of
a room.

It would be acceptable if there were a limit to the
number of people allowed to be grabbed this way.

It would be acceptable if the client implemented it as
a "Create Room with these defaults and invite these
people".

Jabber supports multiple recipients in the protocol and
a return address specification.

Can it be implemented as a one to one to groupchat
conversion (http://www.jabber.org/jeps/jep-0045.html#continue)
So you can invite extra people to a one to one chat and it
automatically converts to a groupchat
