#12 'special' mode for account creation

Although Jeti already provides the means to create a Jabber account, it would be great if there were some sort of 'acount creation mode'.

Such mode would simply popup a window prompting the user to provide his/hers login and desired password.
A server and port could be specified or not (could also be hardcoded, passed by the html applet invocation code).

Considering the number of people who find very difficult to deal even with simple software (many of them would have a great deal of trouble finding how to create an account from Jeti's menus) that would help a lot.

There is an improvement to the account creation on my todo list.
This will make the registration process more wizard like, so people can select a server based on where they are and what features they want.
I'm waiting for jabber.org to update their server list so I can get the needed data
