#1 reroll and suicide commands

These two commands do not quite function correctly. Since there is no BBS 'shell' to exit to upon suicide, it's sensible to instead redirect the player back to the character creation upon typing suicide, rather than instant resurrection. The reroll command does not replace the user's starting gold when issued.
I tried your demo at tdod.org and mistakenly spent the starting money on a spell before rerolling. The result was a new character that couldn't afford any starting spell or gear, and couldn't be suicided to reroll from scratch.
