First play with Jester. Note any problems you have, and file them in 
SourceForge as RFEs or Bugs as appropriate.

Then take a look at what else is filed there, and if you see any open 
issues you want to hack on, check out the code from SourceForge and 
start working on it. When done, submit a patch.

You might want to mention here what you're working on to avoid 
duplication of effort if it's something major and will take you more 
than a few hours.
