So, there is now a very primitive ManilaGUI class.  All it can really do
now is load the current text from the Manila site you sign in for...

I'll work on posts tomorrow and some sort of preferences tomorrow. 
Since I'm getting tired of typing in the user info (username, pword,
site url), I'm sure anyone else using jericho will get tired of it as
well...
