[Jericho-devel] update

So, I just made the JerichoGUI class into a shell and added a new
BloggerGUI class which is basically just the old JerichoGUI class.  I
decided to do this because I figured it would be easier to just create a
different ManilaGUI class than to try and hack the Blogger one to allow
for another service...

And yes, I am still alive and hope to start hacking more on Jericho...
