[Jepp-users] third-party-libraries

Can somebody confirm that jepp can't handle third-party-libraries?
Has somebody any experience in it? Is there any chance to do it?
I found this link http://weka.wikispaces.com/Using+WEKA+via+Jepp , but I
really need it.
