Hi, I'm very interested in Jekyll and have been playing around with it a bit in some of the projects I work on. I'm particularly interested in it's promise as a refactoring tool for old code. Anyway, I've got a couple of bugs I've run into and wanted to make sure that the buglist on sourceforge is the right place to report to. It looked like the last one there was posted in 2005. --Bryce |

Hi Daniel, This list is fairly quiet at the moment, since most of the people involved with Jekyll are currently in the same building, and we have been holding off trying to persuede other people to use it until the language stabilises a bit. The language should be quite a bit more solid with the upcoming 0.2 release, at which point it should start to become sensible to use Jekyll for non-toy programs. We are also currently investigating the possibility of merging the Jekyll project with the Ivy project at UC Berkeley. How this ends up happening may affect the design of the language. Thanks for your interest. -Rob On 1/25/06, db...@co... <db...@co...> wrote: > Hello everyone! Hello everyone! (is there anyone else here?) :) Has anyone had a chance to write anything substantial yet? Also, is any more information about "concurrency features" available, other than the tantalizing mention in the README? thanks, Daniel Faken |
