    Trying to compile, I ran into an error:

    ant -propertyfile ../../build.properties clean dist clean

    clean:

    Is the jedit.install.dir variable being set correctly? The build file assumes it is two directories up from the location of build.xml.

    It has:

    <property name="jedit.install.dir" value="../.."/>

    and

    <path id="project.class.path">
    <pathelement location="${jedit.install.dir}/jedit.jar"/>
    <pathelement location="${src.dir}"/>
    </path>

    I guess it can't find the org.gjt.sp.util.* import.

    Let me know if this value for the install dir is incorrect.

    Thanks,
    Carmine

    I'm positive it's correct. I am picking up EditPlugin, Buffer, jEdit, MiscUtilities, and GUIUtilities. Could it be the jEdit version? I'm building to 4.2final.

    D'oh! Just looked at it and StandardUtilities.globToRE(...) is a method added in jEdit 4.3pre7. I don't have access to SVN today, so would you be willing to update the props file to have this depend on that version of jEdit?

    If not, I'll do it this weekend sometime and re-release.

    Thanks,
    Carmine

    I did that, and also had to move the jdk version to 1.5 since 4.3pre7 depends on that. After that, the build went fine. Is this OK? If so, I'll release it.

    Yes, Jeff. That's perfectly fine. Thanks for doing this.
