#476 FTP: password window don't appear on task lists (minor bug)

when you open jedit and it have to open files on ftp for
some reason, it will show up a dialog box that don't alert
it self to the window manager (tested in windows and
linux's fluxbox). If you open jedit and you focus some
other window, because your machine is fast as a slug,
the dialog will be beneath it, and you will get the
impression that jedit is even slower than usual to show
up, util you go hunt for the little window. 'hunt' because it
will not show up on the task list.

maybe just setting it to be another kind of window will do.

    I just made that dialog "modal".

    setModal(true). That makes it always on top and forces you
    to respond to it immediately.

    try the jar here and see if it works for you:

    If that's what we need, I'll commit it and it will be in the
    next version.
