#1761 SVNPlugin Blame does not handle locally modified lines properly

Why pop up that dialog that says "results may not be correct", when we can make the results correct?

The output of svn blame has - - for the first two columns of the line, followed by the uncommitted text, for lines that are locally modified.

Currently svn plugin just skips those lines, which means all lines below it are offset from the actual text they are supposed to show blame info for. I am pretty sure this was never indended.

GitPlugin (in contrast) properly indicates which lines are locally modified.
