#1 JBrowse: static initializers not listed


JBrowse does not list the class' static initializer if one exists.

    Marcelo, how should a static initializer be displayed in the
    JBrowse tree? I assume by "static initializer" you mean
    something like:

    public class MyClass {
    static {
    // do some initializing here

    I'm in the process of rewriting JBrowse to work with Java
    1.5, and figured I'd clean up bugs while I'm at it.

    Yes, that's what I mean by static initializers. Since there
    can be more than one in the same class, I think the best way
    would be something like "<static:#>" where "#" is the line
    number where the block starts.
