Category: keyboard / mouse Group: severe bug >Status: Pending >Resolution: Works For Me Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Caydel (bvuyk) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Menus non-functional when opened using 'jedit <filename>' Initial Comment: I recently have begun using jEdit for some coding, and I've encountered the following bug in 4.3pre10: When the program is started using 'jedit <filename>', menu functionality becomes buggy. For example, if I click on the 'File' menu (or any other), it opens for the brief instant that the mouse button is pressed but snaps shut the second the mouse button is released. Menus can still be navigated if I use alt+f, or similar combinations. This behavior does not occur if started using the 'jedit' command with no other arguments. The install is on Ubuntu 7.04 (Feisty), Sun Java 6 SDK and runtime. Let me know what other information you require. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Alan Ezust (ezust) Date: 2011-12-03 11:05 Message: I can not reproduce with 5.0pre1 and debian testing.
