Shouldn't the last sentence read "Double-clicking on that will allow you
to change the scope for the currently active buffer set" - ? Or did I
still not get the purpose of it? If I am not mistaken, the bufferset
itself (= the set of all currently visible buffers) should remain the
same, while only the scope is changed?

If you change the bufferset scope, how can the bufferset stay the same?
In my mind, they both always change at the same time.
