I was looking at the cvs source code on sourceforge, although it looks like it might have been the wrong place.

I downloaded from where you recommended and tried importing/building in eclipse using the ant file, but a number of errors (many due to packages not being found).  I'm learning a little ant so I can understand what's happening.  I'll keep you posted.  Thanks again.
