#3 Two "current" lines at the moment

I open editor by passing file name in command-line as a
parameter. File text appears in editor window with first
line highlighted. When I press "down" button, second
line becomes current and highlighted, but first line
remains highlighted too. The situation becomes normal
after moving back to first line and then back to any other
line.
