     Instead of putting the HxS file somewhere, I've decided to put the 
MSDN style html help on line at http://jedidotnet.sf.net/help/index.html.

     In addition, I blatantly copied the web-site from the JVCL guys and 
adapted it to JEDI.NET (haven't finished all of the changes though).
