Hi,
first I've tried to install it witj component/add package, it says "Impossibl to find entry point @Jclressources@initialisation$qqrv in DJcl70.bpl".
Then I tried to compile it, but some files are missing, like JvCoreD7R.
I've installed latest JCL&JVCL.
Any ideas?

  I have the same problem on D7 Enterprise, English. The English error message is:
  
  The procedure entry point @Jclresources@initialization$qqrv could not be located in the dynamic link library DJcl70.bpl.
  
  I too am using the latest JCL/JVCL.
