JCF 2.02 build environment

JCF 2.02 is built with JCL1.91-Build1558 and JVCL300 BETA1. Later builds may also work.
In order to get this to work, you will need to install the JvCustom package of Jvcl.
If it fails to compile, change CharIsNumber to CharIsNumberChar, particularly in JvJCLUtils.pas. JCL is getting a bit ahead of JVCL.
