Dear Anthony:

We use both Chinese Big5 and Unicode,

so there is a Windows API Function isDBCSLeadByte(),

which can determine the following character is a double

char character or not!

    This looks helpful, but IsDBCSLeadByte always returns false
    on my PC. Which code page do you use for the examples?
