Java DPAPI 1.0.1 has been released. This release fixes a bug that caused the API to fail on Windows 2000.

Java DPAPI is a JNI wrapper of the Microsoft Data Protection API (DPAPI). The 1.0 release adds support for the popular CryptProtectData and CryptUnprotect data functions.
