  This means language support for GUI.
  JDocHelper read and parse sorce files written by other languages.
  On japanese environment, menu on window and dialog messages are displayed in japanese.
  On other enviroment, those are displayed in English.
  
  If someone make resource file for other languages and feedback to us, new language is easily supported.
