I believe JDocHelper can read/write Java source files which
are written by Korean.

If you mean Korean GUI resource is not supporeted in
JDocHelper, then that is right.
I could not read/write Kolean.
So JDocHelper doesn't have Kolean resource.
If you make Korean resource file, which means convert
English resource file to Korean, then JDocHelper
automatically support Korean GUI resource.
