#116 F2F Face-to-Face entered orders visible to others

When orders have been entered in a face-to-face game, the corresponing tab is indeed grayed out, but via the arrow buttons to switch tabs it is still possible to select a grayed out tab, and thus seeing orders of other players.

This occurs in the Mac version of the program, not sure if these arrows are implemented in the same way in other versions...
