The original JDiff project became the JDiffPlugin for jEdit, and the URL is http://plugins.jedit.org/plugins/JDiffPlugin

The project which shows the differences between two Java APIs was originally called JavaDiff, and can be found by that project name on SourceForge. http://sourceforge.net/projects/javadiff/
All the documentation refers to "JDiff", and one day the project will be moved here.
