When you download a dictionary from the internet, it will be downloaded locally onto your harddisk. Under linux it is saved in the directory .jdictionary/Plugins inside my home directory. You just need to find this dictionary file (the English/German dictionary is named SmartEngGer-1_2.jar) and copy it to the Plugins folder on all the machines which you want to use it on.
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
I like to install the jdictionary in a local network and provide all users with this (excelent) dictionary.
How can i configre it, so that it will access
the plugins locally and not via download from the internet?
Thanks
