I know that there aren't many Windows users for JDFTx out there, but for those who use Windows OS, I'd like to give a small help using gnuplot in cygwin to plot data from JDFTx.
Since x11 has been included to cygwin, it is downloaded over the cygwin installer.
Unfortunately the display variable is not set automatically, so when a gnuplot oder is run, the program will crash.
First thing one can try is to export the display variable manually, by typing "export DISPLAY=:0.0". In case that doesn't work, Windows offers to start the x11 server over start->Cygwin-X->XWin Server. Only after starting the x11 server the startxwin order and then the gnuplot order will work.
This has given me some trouble, so I hope this will help someone someday.
Good evening
