DeXter 0.20 alpha available

This release shall give an outlook on future versions and the possiblity of extending DeXter by simple Plugins.

5 Plugins are available:
* MSN Instant Messenger
* Mail checker
* News tracker
* Counterstrike player finder
* A Bulletin Board Tracker for YaBB gold boards

As an example of extending instant messaging by meta-plugins a Chess-Plugin is packed for playing a match with a Buddy on top of the MSN protocol :) and a module that provides simple "encryption"! The encryption option is NOT suitable for exchanging secure data (at the moment)!!!
