we are here in Germany and we just discovered a problem with country specific number formats.
If we enter a model using commas as decimal point (3/2 = 1,5) and then try to open such a SBML file on a computer using an english system (3/2 = 1.5), we get complete chaos (not surprisingly).
Would it be difficult to have an option in JDesigner that explicitly specifies which separation character to use??

Thanks for the email, we will look into this, I suspect there is probably a simple change to make that will solve the problem.
