I've come back to look at loading various SBML models in JDesigner. Specifically trying to load models from BioModels and recent publication in Mol. Systems Biology.
I get an error that is an unknown rule type and parse error. This same file shows no error in the validation tool.
I think it's a version issue. I'll download the recent version and let you know if it doesn't work....
Request: Would you identify/list JDesigner as part of the SBW download? it's not obvious.
