#8 JD2: loading into simulator & layout

Loading files with SBML Layout does not work currently

One more thing to change … If a model is loaded into
JD2 and the simulator throws an exception (e.g. Token
‘v’ not recognized) then this message should not be
displayed … instead the simulation capabilities should
be disabled until the model is ready to be simulated.
Also in the current version … each time the simulator
throws an exception while loading the model the
title-bar does not get updated and stays whatever it
was before … this is confusing for users.

JDesigner should *never* insert it's own kinnetics 'v'
without specifying it further ... rather have the model
not simulate and mark invalid reactions somehow ...
