Can you tell me why you thought before that it was not in Emacs+EmacsW32? Or did I misunderstand you?

ELIB was developed as a library of ADTs in Emacs lisp, however, according to the information on GNU website, it is not being maintained anymore and all its functionalities are implemented in vanilla emacs.

Can that be right? Emacs+EmacsW32 is built from Emacs CVS sources so if this AVL tree is in vanilla Emacs it is in Emacs+EmacsW32 too.
