#1 files missing from archive

Hi there JDBCUnit developer

Unless I'm grossly mistaken, (which is certainly
possible) there seems to be some files missing from all
of the downloadable JDBCUnit archives... Specifically
com.ap.store.* is not included in any archive therefore
it is impossible for any user to run any of the demos
or sample code...

This is a shame because JDBCUnit looks like a very
useful tool!

Please investigate...
